2.29 Turbolifts
Describes the verbally controlled turbolift elevators that move crew throughout Voyager, with Jefferies Tubes and ladder wells as alternatives.
In brief: Turbolifts are the high-speed elevators used to move crew and passengers quickly to almost any section of Voyager. A network of Jefferies Tubes and ladder wells can also be used for travel between decks when the turbolifts are inoperative, or when power is rationed.
How to use it: Control of the turbolifts is vocal (“Deck 5, Sickbay.”)
