Notes how Voyager may incorporate alien hardware obtained during its journey, contrasting it with the Cardassian-built DS9.
As Voyager makes its way home, we may incorporate bits of alien technology into the ship. This may create a situation somewhat opposite that of DS9, whose Cardassian technology has been supplanted by numerous Starfleet additions.
